Joe was born in Taiwan and grew up in Stamford, CT. He has a degree in History from UConn and a Masters in History Education from the University of Bridgeport.
In his spare time, he enjoys hikes and bike rides with his two dogs, George and Janet, and anything that will keep him outside.
