Delphine is a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting adolescents as they navigate their mental health and personal growth. After earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Fairfield University, she dedicated her career to working with individuals, families, and communities across all age groups. Her most fulfilling experience has been her time at a residential treatment center for adolescents with severe mental health concerns, where she progressed from a clinical intern to program director.
Delphine is committed to creating a supportive, structured, and nurturing environment where adolescents feel understood, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive. She believes in fostering resilience through compassionate, individualized care using evidence-based approaches.
When she's not at work, Delphine enjoys going for runs, spending time with her loved ones, and baking something delicious.
