Thomas Laudadio, LCSW

Thomas Laudadio joined Greenwich Education Group in August 2025, where he currently serves as Chief Administrator and Executive Director of The Spire School. With more than two decades of leadership experience in therapeutic and special education settings, Tom is a licensed clinical social worker and school administrator who has dedicated his career to creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments. He is particularly committed to supporting students who benefit from a highly individualized and emotionally responsive approach to education, ensuring that each learner is equipped with the tools they need for both academic success and personal growth.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Western Connecticut University, his Master of Social Work from New York University, and a Sixth Year Degree in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University. He has served as a principal at multiple special education schools, and most recently served as a Director of Education / Vice President of Education. His leadership strengthened both academic and social-emotional programming in addition to growing strong partnerships with families and communities. His work has been recognized through statewide awards for exemplary school climate practices, bullying prevention initiatives, and student engagement.

In addition to his work with students, Tom enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with his family.
